At the beginning of the second week of September, the 6,000 cubic meter LNG bunker ship Optimus was successfully launched and christened at the shipyard of the Dutch shipbuilding company Damen Group, built on behalf of the Elenger Marine company.

These guidelines not only describe the required procedures and operational actions; they also set out how to maintain safety during the ship-to-ship bunkering of LNG-powered vessels.

It is also the first liquid methane cruise ship to resume navigation after forced "disarmament" due to the coronavirus, which has blocked all cruises since last February.
