In France, Avia and Primagaz have inaugurated a new LNG refueling station at Simandres, in the bounds of Lyon, located on the D907 road at the junction of the N7 national road and the French A7 and A46 motorways.
The new opening follows the installations of two LNG distributors completed in the last few months respectively in Montélimar and Limoges on the A20 (see news ConferenceGNL at the link http://www.conferenzagnl.com/francia-nuova-stazione-gnl-primagazavia-montelimar/).
The partnership between the two companies was born as part of the project LNG Blue Corridors stimulated by the NGVA Europe association in Brussels for increasing of compressed and liquefied natural gas road stations (L-CNG and LNG).
"The opening of this new public station is a further step in Primagaz's commitment to improving air quality," said Matthieu Lassalle, the company's sales and marketing manager.
The alliance between Primagaz and Avia has evaluated the possibility of gradually opening twenty dispensers (along with L-CNG and LNG) on the main French roads.
