San Marco Petroli (SMP) Distribution has announced the opening of a new LNG dispenser in Meolo, the small municipality in the Province of Venice.
The new refuelling station, strategically located on the Treviso-Mare regional road (SR89), near the A4 Turin-Trieste tollgate of Meolo-Roncade, it is the first LNG distribution point for those entering Italy from Austria and Slovenia and, in absolute, the most northeast of Italy.
It is also the first system with in-line saturation, which allows to fill the tank at the pressure and temperature conditions set by the manufacturer, for greater travel autonomy. In addition, the "Transit" system recognizes the vehicle and automatically adjusts the temperature and pressure parameters for a quicker supply.
Overall, the service station offers 7 different products, including Liquid (LNG) and Gaseous methane (CNG), Diesel, Gasoline, GP Diesel, Gasoline F-101 and LPG, with other services as bar and car wash. A SMP Distribuzione fuel card is free and issued in a few days: it offers the possibility of cashless payments at service stations belonging to SMP Distribution or to affiliated partners, also providing "someone to contact” in case of problems.
