The transport company Fratelli Benazzi S.r.l., continues its sustainability policy purchasing two new Iveco Stralis Natural Powered, powered with liquid methane (LNG) for the Italian agro-food industry. The company already has in its fleet 65% of Euro6 vehicles and the new trucks, which will make deliveries in particular in Switzerland, will allow a further reduction in emissions.
"The agro-food industry has always been particularly sensitive to the sustainability of the supply chain - comments Fabiano Benazzi, co-director of the company together with his brother Luciano - and now we made this new choice towards the environment".
F.lli Benazzi S.r.l. was born in 1972 and it is active today also in Mali. The fleet consists of 80 road tractors and 300 semi-trailers, dedicated to the agri-food sector and the recycled wood segment. From Emilia Romagna, F.lli Benazzi delivers in Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany and Slovenia.
